There are a number of formal gardens and parks in the Brecon Beacons that offer a chance to stroll around in piece and quiet taking in the designs of famous landscape designers. Gardens open to the public range from 15th century recreations of rose gardens through to Edwardian gardens.
A number of private gardens also open on set days throughout the year to enable you to visit them and enjoy the designs and arrangements. Look in our events guide for dates of garden open days.
