All around the Brecon Beacons there’s always something going on. The events can range from a short guided walk to week long music festivals or large food festivals. The Brecon Beacons is an active farming area and so you’ll find lots of farming and agricultural events and local shows to keep you entertained.
One day you could be listening to a famous author talking about their books and the next day you could be out in the country watching a sheep dog trial. There is so much going on that you will never be bored.
Many of the events are ideal of a family day out – the local farming and village shows are perfect for this. Many towns will also have their own town show and carnival to experience.
